Training for safety officer
at STARKITA e.V.

In our STARKITA`s everything revolves around the safety of the children, the employees and their individual needs.
During the training "STARKITA-Sichere Kita", the employees are ideally prepared for the function of the safety officer with the training concept.
The safety officer is appointed by the sponsor or the Kita management. The main task of the safety officer is to recognize accident and health risks early enough and to report them immediately to the daycare management. The safety officers walk through the Kita with open eyes and ears and perform the following functions:
- Contact persons for the topics of safety and health
- Confidential contact for colleagues
- Supporting and advising the daycare center management with the aim of identifying hazards for employees or children at an early stage
- to reduce misconduct
- to check the effectiveness of measures taken
