About Starkita GmbH

quality management is a continuous improvement process

After an audit of the quality management by the TÜV-Nord according to DIN EN ISO 9001 : 2015, the sponsoring association "STARKITA e.V." from Hanover and four of its STARKITAS have had their own quality management system certified for the first time. Also this year, the facilities under the sponsorship of STARKITA e.V. will be audited by the external audit according to the standards set by TÜV-Nord in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 : 2015.
The pedagogical management of the association is the internal auditor in the Kitas. She carries out regular inspections and checks the implementation of the pedagogical work in the daily routine. The auditor observes the course of the pedagogical processes, such as the morning circle, and checks whether these correspond to the pedagogical standards set in the quality management manual.
The board of directors and the four daycare center directors from the respective daycare centers have also met this year to review and question the processes written in the quality management manual. The daycare center directors, together with the board of directors, examined the quality management manual according to the PDCA system.
Plan- How should it be?
Do- What do we do and how?
Check- What has been achieved?
Act- What still needs to be done?
Quality management requires instruments that enable us to check how well the pedagogical principles are being implemented in practice.
